Outbound and pipeline advisory

Macklin
Buckler

You're still the best salesperson in your company. I help B2B founders fix that, building the outbound and qualification system that books qualified meetings whether or not you're in the room.

Advisory

The meetings you want are waiting
on the system you haven't built.

Most founders I meet sit between first revenue and Series B with outreach, CRM, and follow-up all half-built and none of it talking to the rest. I work inside your team, hands on the tools rather than in a deck, until those pieces become one engine that fills the calendar week after week.

  • Outbound that runs without you

Targeting, messaging, sequencing, and the tooling underneath. Built so a rep can open it on a Monday morning and know exactly what to send, without asking you.

  • Finding where pipeline leaks

Bad-fit leads. Fuzzy qualification. A handoff nobody owns. A stage where every deal quietly stalls. We find the break that is actually costing you before touching anything else.

  • Handing off founder-led sales

You've closed every deal so far. That doesn't scale, and hiring a rep won't fix it on its own. We build the process first, then the hires around it, so you can step back without pipeline dipping the month you do.

  • Sharpening what you say

Outbound fails on the message far more often than on the list. We rewrite the ICP, the value proposition, and the objection handling until the first two lines earn a reply.

How it works

  • The call

30 minutes, $150. You leave with my read on where your pipeline is breaking.

  • The audit

$2,500. A full teardown of how you sell today: targeting, messaging, qualification, handoffs, and tooling. You get a written plan, and you keep it whether or not we continue.

  • The work

A monthly retainer. Weekly working sessions, direct access to me in between, and hands-on builds alongside your team. Three to six months is typical.

You work with me, not a bench of juniors.

Speaking

Revenue That Learns

A 30-minute keynote on why most revenue teams repeat instead of learn, and what changes when the system does the learning.

Macklin Buckler speaking from a lectern at MIT Universal AI in Warsaw. The slide behind him reads: a system that repeats uses humans to interpret what happened, a system that learns uses AI.
"A system that repeats uses humans to interpret what happened. A system that learns uses AI."

Most GTM teams run the same playbook every quarter and call the results a strategy. The talk pulls that loop apart and rebuilds it as one that compounds: which signals are worth instrumenting, what to hand to a model, and what still needs a human in the room. Built from real pipeline data across early-stage teams, not from theory.

What the audience leaves with

  • A test for telling a repeating system from a learning one
  • The three signals worth instrumenting before anything else
  • Where AI belongs in a revenue team, and where it does not

About

I've been the person who has to make the number.

I've been selling B2B since 2017, starting in New Business Sales at Google, then leading sales and GTM at growth-stage startups in Europe and the US. For the last three years I've been co-founder of Harochi, building outbound and pipeline systems for early-stage companies.

The situation is usually the same shape. A founder is closing every deal personally, the team can't repeat what they do, and the next round depends on proving someone else can. We build the system that proves it. So far that's meant SaaS, fintech, and cybersecurity, from pre-seed to Series B. I'm based in Berlin, and I speak on AI-native revenue systems and founder-led growth.

Most go-to-market advice can't show its work. This one prints it.

Every Tuesday, one real artifact from work that's running now, a prompt, a sequence, a number, and what it proves. Free, for founders who still close the deals.
